We had a WHOLE week of nothing. When does that EVER happen?! Boy did we sure enjoy ourselves & the weather. My parents came down to visit for the week. Everyday was had 1 thing planned which was perfect.
That Saturday before we went to an Easter Egg hunt at one of our local parks. It was freezing!! Ellis got his picture with the Easter Bunny, Lilianna refused (typical behavior) but she did get to play with her friend & participate in the egg hunt.
Monday we went miniature golfing. With my family it has always been tradition to go miniature golfing while on vacation. Let me tell you we have been to many a golf course! For Christmas we gave them passes to one of our local courses here. They decided to save if for this visit since it was a tad bit warmer in March verses December. We had a blast! Lilianna cheated, but then again who doesn't cheat in putt-putt?! Ellis seriously got a hole-in-one, as did Taylor, as did I. Yep what can we say we are some skilled mini putt-putters :)
Tuesday was movie & ice cream day. We went to see the Croods, which was a great movie that even Ellis liked. We followed it with a little Thrifty Ice Cream, which to you Idahoans its basically the homemade square shaped ice cream you can get in like Swam Valley (I forgot where they sell it at??).
Wednesday was park day. We invited Lilianna's little friend Kainoa for a little picnic in the park. Those two are hilarious together, always trying to out do the other. It was another gorgeous day which meant we were able to play in the water park!

Thursday was filled with shopping at the ridiculous outlets.....yeah I will not be going back there anytime soon! It took 30 minutes just to park, plus people everywhere, plus items completely picked over. I'll stick to the real mall! Later that night I was able to go to dinner with my Visiting Teacher lady friends :)
Friday we finally colored Easter Eggs. This year we made monster eggs & glitter eggs.

Saturday, our final day of Spring Break, we said our goodbyes to Nana & Papa. It's always so hard saying goodbye to family. Lilianna & I decided that since we had the day to ourselves why don't we head up to St. George & visit Auntie Sue. It was a great way to end our fun filled week.

I took the kids to the St. George Temple while we were waiting for Sue to get off of work. Neither one has ever been there & I haven't been there it quite some time. They sure loved roaming around in the grass, seeing all the pretty brides come out, & just how marvelous that temple is.
